T&Cs:
Members earn 10 Chello Club points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are calculated based on the total eligible spend, with 1 point equal to 0.1p in loyalty value.
Points are awarded as whole points only. Any fractional point resulting from a transaction will be rounded down to the nearest whole point. For example, a spend of £246.73 would earn 2367 points.
Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between members.
Points may only be earned on eligible purchases and may be subject to exclusions or promotional terms.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the loyalty scheme or change the points-earning rate subject to applicable law.
Any points obtained through fraudulent, abusive or otherwise invalid transactions will be cancelled.
